Order Cancellation<\/p>

Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped for a full refund.<\/p>

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered processing, been packed for shipment, or have been shipped.<\/p>

Mystery Scoop Policy<\/strong><\/p>

Zeneratii products are sold as Mystery Scoops (blind box products). Every scoop contains randomly selected items, making each order a unique surprise.<\/p>

Because of the nature of mystery products:<\/p>

* We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to personal preference, duplicate items, disliked colors, themes, or styles.
* The random selection is part of the shopping experience and is accepted upon purchase.<\/p>

Although customers may leave preference notes (such as favorite colors, characters, or themes), these requests are not guaranteed and will be fulfilled only when inventory allows.<\/p>

Damaged or Incorrect Items<\/strong><\/p>

All orders are carefully inspected before shipping.<\/p>
