Order Processing

* All orders are processed within 3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
* Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery

* Once your order has been processed, delivery typically takes 4–5 business days, depending on your location.
* Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
* Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information (where available).

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, public holidays, customs clearance, or courier delays.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order.

Zeneratii is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@zeneratii.com. We will work with the shipping provider to assist in locating your package and provide updates whenever possible.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photos before opening it and contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@zeneratii.com. We will review the issue and assist you accordingly.
