Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped for a full refund.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered processing, been packed for shipment, or have been shipped.

Mystery Scoop Policy

Zeneratii products are sold as Mystery Scoops (blind box products). Every scoop contains randomly selected items, making each order a unique surprise.

Because of the nature of mystery products:

* We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to personal preference, duplicate items, disliked colors, themes, or styles.
* The random selection is part of the shopping experience and is accepted upon purchase.

Although customers may leave preference notes (such as favorite colors, characters, or themes), these requests are not guaranteed and will be fulfilled only when inventory allows.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

All orders are carefully inspected before shipping.

If your order arrives:

* Damaged
* Defective
* Missing items
* Incorrect items

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing hello@zeneratii.com.

Please include:

* Your order number
* A description of the issue
* Clear photos and/or videos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer an appropriate replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.

Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible.

Refunds are available only when:

* The order is cancelled before shipment.
* We are unable to fulfill your order.
* A damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item is approved after review.

Refunds are not available for:

* Change of mind.
* Personal preference.
* Duplicate items received in Mystery Scoops.
* Incorrect expectations regarding mystery products.
* Items damaged through misuse or normal wear.

4. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 7–15 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

* All products are quality-checked before shipment.
* For hygiene and safety reasons, opened Mystery Scoops cannot be returned or exchanged unless the items are damaged, defective, or shipped in error.
